Who may use our services
You need to be 18 or older to buy from us.
Our products are intended for adults. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Our programs advise anyone under 18 to consult a healthcare professional rather than following them independently.
Website and blog content
Free content is for information only, and you shouldn’t republish it without asking.
All content on our website and blog is provided for informational and educational purposes. We make no representation as to the completeness or accuracy of any information on this site, or of information reached by following any link from it.
You may share links to our articles freely. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or republish our content without our express written permission.
Digital products
What you buy is a digital file or app access — nothing physical ships.
We sell digital educational products, including the GutGlow 7-Day Reset and its accompanying bonus guides, each with a mobile edition. These are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
GutGlow Reset: Interactive Edition is available separately, as an optional add-on at checkout — it is not included in the base purchase of the 7-Day Reset. See section 10 for what it is and how it works.
Product descriptions state what is included at the time of purchase. We may improve, revise or update the content of a product after you buy it; where we do, you receive the updated version at no additional cost through the same access route.
Your licence to use them
Your copy is for you. Please don’t resell it or pass it around.
When you purchase a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, rent or otherwise commercially exploit any product
- Share, distribute or publish the files, or your personal access link, with or to anyone else
- Reproduce substantial portions of the content in your own materials
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or attribution notice
- Use the content to train, fine-tune or develop any machine learning or artificial intelligence system
This licence lasts as long as we make the product available, and ends if you materially breach these terms.
Payment and delivery
Hotmart handles the payment; we handle the product.
Purchases are processed by Hotmart, which acts as our payment platform and reseller. Your payment is subject to Hotmart’s own terms and privacy policy, and your card or banking details are handled by Hotmart, not by us.
Access is delivered by email after your purchase is confirmed, in the form of downloadable files and, for anyone who purchased GutGlow Reset: Interactive Edition, a personal access link. Keep your purchase confirmation email — it contains the access link you will need if you change device or clear your browser data.
Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time, but a change will never affect a purchase you have already completed.
Cancellation and refunds
Fifteen days to change your mind, no explanation needed.
You may cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 15 days of the purchase date. You do not need to give a reason.
Brazilian consumer law (Article 49 of the Código de Defesa do Consumidor) gives every customer a mandatory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 7 days, no reason required. We go further: our guarantee runs for 15 days — more than double that minimum — and we apply it to every customer, everywhere, regardless of where you live.
Refunds are processed by Hotmart, in accordance with Hotmart’s refund policy and using the original payment method. You can request a refund directly through the Hotmart purchase page or your purchase confirmation email, or by writing to us at support@gutglowlife.com and we will help you.
Following a refund, your licence to use the product ends and you should delete any copies you have downloaded.

GutGlow Reset: Interactive Edition
An optional add-on that saves your progress on your own device, not on our servers — so back it up.
GutGlow Reset: Interactive Edition is an optional add-on, available at checkout alongside the 7-Day Reset. It is not included in the base purchase — the guides and bonuses work completely on their own. Where purchased, access is granted through a personal link that activates the app in your browser. Your access link is personal to you and should not be shared.
The app has no user account and no server-side storage. Everything you record in it is stored locally, in your own browser, on your own device.
Because your progress is stored only on your device, clearing your browser data, using private browsing mode, or switching devices may permanently remove it. We have no copy and cannot recover it for you. The app provides an export function so you can keep your own backup, and we strongly encourage you to use it.
We aim to keep the app available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change or discontinue features. If we ever discontinue the app entirely, we will give reasonable notice so that you can export your data.
Your conduct
Use the site lawfully and don’t attack it.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Post or transmit material that is offensive, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our services or systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
- Use automated systems to scrape or harvest content
- Present our content as your own, or as medical advice from a qualified professional
Intellectual property
The words, design, trademarks and methods are ours.
All content, design, text, graphics, trademarks and logos on our website and within our products are the intellectual property of MPSize Ltda or its licensors, and are protected by Brazilian and international copyright and trademark law.
This includes the GutGlow name and the marks GutGlow Framework™, When Rhythm Stalls™, 30-Second Rhythm Check™, Digestive Stability Index™, Digestive Coordination Loop™, The GutGlow Grocery Guide™, The GutGlow Supplement Guide™, The Daily Reset Checklist™, The Daily Maintenance Cheat Sheet™, The Daily Compass™, Food Combination Guide™, and GutGlow Reset: Interactive Edition™. Unauthorised use of any of our materials is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates
Some links we post may earn us a commission. Others may earn commission promoting us — under separate terms.
Some links on our website may be affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products we believe in, and an affiliate relationship never changes what we recommend or what we say about it.
We also run our own affiliate program through Hotmart, so that other people can promote and sell our products in exchange for a commission. Anyone who does this is an independent affiliate, not an employee, agent or representative of MPSize Ltda. Affiliates are separately bound by Hotmart’s affiliate terms and by any GutGlow affiliate agreement or marketing guidelines we provide.
Affiliates may not make medical claims beyond what appears in our own materials, promise a specific result, misrepresent the product or the guarantee, or use our name or marks outside those guidelines. GutGlow Life is not responsible for an affiliate’s own marketing content beyond what we have reviewed and approved.

Limitation of liability
We’re responsible for what the law says we’re responsible for — but you use educational content at your own judgment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and without limiting any right you have under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code:
- Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of our content, products or app
- We are not liable for loss of data stored locally in GutGlow Reset: Interactive Edition, where that loss results from your browser settings, device changes, or clearing of browser data
- Our total liability in connection with a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Brazilian law — including our obligations under the Consumer Protection Code.
Suspension and termination
We can cut off access if these terms are seriously broken.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services, without notice, if you materially breach these terms — in particular by sharing your access link, redistributing our products, or engaging in conduct that is unlawful or harmful to others.
Where access is terminated for breach, no refund is due beyond any statutory right you hold.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when.
We may update these terms from time to time. Revised terms take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after that point constitutes acceptance. Changes will not apply retroactively to a purchase you have already made.
Governing law
Brazilian law applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Brazilian courts. Where you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, nor of your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own domicile as provided by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
