Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — pixels, tags and local storage — work in comparable ways, and everything in this policy applies to them too.
This policy covers gutglowlife.com, our sales pages at lp.gutglowlife.com, and the GutGlow Companion app at app.gutglowlife.com. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.

Essential cookies always run. Everything else waits for your permission.
We group cookies into three categories. Only the first is strictly necessary.
Analytics and advertising cookies do not load until you allow them. If you decline, or close the banner without choosing, those cookies are not set and no data is sent to third parties. You can change your decision at any time.
Where required by law — including for visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom — we ask for consent before setting any non-essential cookie, and declining is as easy as accepting.

Analytics cookies

Analytics tells us how many people read an article, not who they are. We use it to decide what to write next.
Advertising cookies
They let us see whether an ad led to a sale. Optional, and off unless you allow them.
We advertise on Meta and Google. Their measurement tools record events such as viewing a sales page or completing a purchase, so we can tell which advertisements produce sales rather than guessing.

We never send health information to advertising platforms. Nothing you record in the Companion app — no symptom, rating, check-in or anchor — is shared with Meta, Google, or any advertiser. The events we measure are purchases and page views, nothing more.
The Companion app
The app uses local storage instead of cookies, and nothing leaves your device.
The GutGlow Companion app does not use tracking cookies and has no analytics. It stores your progress in your browser’s local storage, on your own device, so that the app can remember where you are between visits.
That storage is not a cookie in the tracking sense: it is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. Clearing your browser data will erase it, which is why the app offers an export function so you can keep a backup.
Changing your mind
One button, any time.
You can revisit your cookie choice whenever you like.
Withdrawing consent stops any further data being collected. It does not undo collection that already happened while consent was in place — to ask about existing data, see the rights section of our Privacy Policy.
Browser controls
Your browser can block cookies too, independently of us.
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies through its settings. Blocking all cookies may stop parts of our site, and the checkout, from working properly.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid instruction to opt out of advertising cookies, and we honour it automatically.
