What this is,
and what it isn’t

Effective date: 28 July 2026

Educational, not medical

We teach observation and routine. We do not treat, diagnose, or prescribe.

GutGlow is an educational program designed to help you observe your digestive patterns and practise supportive daily habits. It is not a medical treatment, a diagnostic tool, or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.

Digestive symptoms can have many causes. Our programs do not attempt to determine why your symptoms are happening. Their purpose is to help you build a more consistent routine and notice what your body responds to.

MPSize Ltda is not a healthcare provider, and no part of our content, products, app or support correspondence constitutes medical advice. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider about any medical condition, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read or used here.

Individual results vary

Different bodies, different lives, different outcomes. Nobody can promise you a specific result.

How a person responds to a change in routine depends on factors we neither control nor measure: sleep, stress, medication, hormonal cycles, activity, existing conditions, and simple biological variation.

Where our materials describe a typical pattern — for example, that many women notice pressure beginning to ease within a few days of consistent recalibration — that is a general observation drawn from commonly reported experience, not a prediction about you and not a countdown. Some people notice change sooner, some later, and some notice little change at all.

What we do not promise

No cures, no guarantees, no “this will fix you”.

We do not claim, and you should not infer, that our programs will:

  • Cure, treat, prevent or mitigate any disease or medical condition
  • Produce any specific outcome, on any specific timeline
  • Replace medication, therapy, or advice from your own healthcare provider
  • Be appropriate for every person, or for every cause of digestive discomfort

Our programs are built around consistency rather than intensity, and around observing your own pattern rather than chasing a target. Progress is not guaranteed and is not a measure of your effort.

Before you begin

Some people should talk to a professional first. Please read this list.

Talk to a healthcare professional before starting if you:

  • Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to become pregnant
  • Are under 18
  • Have a diagnosed gastrointestinal, metabolic, kidney, heart, neurological, or pelvic floor condition
  • Have had recent abdominal or pelvic surgery
  • Have diabetes or a condition affected by meal timing
  • Have a history of an eating disorder or highly restrictive eating
  • Take medication, laxatives, or supplements that affect digestion
  • Have been told to limit fluids, fiber, or particular foods

When to stop and seek care

Some symptoms need a doctor, not a program.

Do not begin — seek medical care instead — if you have:

  • Blood in your stool or rectal bleeding
  • Black or tar-like stool
  • Persistent or severe abdominal pain
  • Vomiting or fever
  • Inability to pass gas
  • Unexplained weight loss
  • Symptoms that are new, rapidly worsening, or interfering significantly with daily life

During any program: do not force a bowel movement, and stop if it causes pain or dizziness. Do not stack multiple new supplements at once. Do not override instructions from your own healthcare provider.

New, severe, persistent or worsening symptoms deserve individualized medical evaluation. If something feels wrong, stop and check in with a professional rather than pushing through.

On supplements

We explain how to think about them. We don’t prescribe them.

Where our materials discuss supplements, they do so educationally — describing what a category of product does and what to consider — not as a recommendation that you personally should take anything.

Supplements affect people differently and can interact with medication. Statements about them have not been evaluated by any food and drug regulatory authority, and no supplement discussed in our materials is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Speak with a pharmacist or physician before starting one.

Testimonials and examples

Stories in our materials are illustrative, not typical results.

Some of our materials include narrative examples. Where a person is described as a composite or fictional, our materials say so plainly — for instance, the portrait that opens the 7-Day Reset is explicitly identified as a fictional composite drawn from experiences commonly described by women with bloating and irregular digestion.

Where genuine customer testimonials appear in our advertising or on our pages, they reflect that individual’s experience. They are not a promise of what you will experience, and they should not be read as typical.
